It has the customer appointment tracking data showing when they came in, how long the session is, etc. You can print this on both sides of a sheet of paper, reducing your costs. We sold these for years but it is likely cheaper for you to just print your own.

Worried about lamp breakage? We have you covered.

In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
