Used in some tanning beds with standard 4 inch fans. All steel, chrome plated. Use existing screws to connect. Fits the 4" cooling fans we sell elsewhere on the site.
Also has lots of uses outside of tanning beds, for any application that needs a fan guard.

In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
