Many tanning beds that were built prior to 2000 used lamps that are no longer available on the open market. Other times, they used lamps that we simply do not stock because the volume is too low or availability is limited. Often, the parent company went out of business. Sometimes we quit carrying a brand for contractual or other reasons. Any lamp we don't or can't offer for these reasons are considered discontinued. Here are a few of the lamps and sizes that are not available, and you should call us if you need one of these as we can easily provide you with a legally certified equivelent that will perform as good or better than the original.

Worried about lamp breakage? We have you covered.

In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
