 We no longer have a supplier for these but we have an almost direct replacement for these older ballasts. The Kesio ballast has been around for over 2 decades and will use the same plug. The holes are slightly different but should still mount, and the amp draw is slightly more, at 2.8A. These can ONLY be used for 120V systems, like SunQuest 16, ESB 16, and other 120v tanning beds. Worried about lamp breakage? We have you covered.
In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged lamps. Please accept the shipment, note the damage to the carrier, and call us. Fortunately, damage is rare, but we have you covered regardless. Just call us during normal business hours, east coast time, at 1-800-274-1744. You will NOT have to file any paperwork with the carrier or deal with them at all. We handle everything, and can usually fix the issue on your first phone call to us.
